Terms of Use

DebriefCore is a human-reviewed expert-knowledge-capture tool. It helps you turn debriefs and field knowledge into structured drafts that a qualified person reviews and approves before they become organizational knowledge.

All AI-generated outputs are drafts. They may contain errors or omissions and require qualified human review before use. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any output before relying on it or sharing it.

This includes automated voice transcriptions: converting speech to text is automated and may misrecognize words, names, or numbers. Review and correct any transcript before relying on it.

DebriefCore supports documentation, debriefing, and knowledge capture. It does not replace FAA requirements, airline/operator procedures, SMS/ASAP programs, official training records, instructor judgment, mechanic authority, or any qualified human decision-making. It is not FAA-approved and makes no SOC 2, ISO, or GDPR compliance/certification claims. It is being built toward recognized security and privacy best practices.

You agree not to:

• upload secrets, credentials, API keys, or highly sensitive personal data;
• enter regulated records you are not authorized to process in this tool;
• record audio of other people without the notice or consent required where you operate, or capture voices or content you do not have the right to record;
• upload reference photos containing other people's faces, identity documents, or sensitive personal information without authorization;
• rely on a draft as final without human review and approval;
• share your login credentials or access with people outside your organization.

Use realistic but non-sensitive examples.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change, and self-serve data export and deletion are handled on request (contact us). We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, including that capture content is sent to OpenAI to generate drafts, that voice audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and is not stored, and that reference photos are not sent to any AI model.

Automated translation of your capture content is not active today. We will not send your content to a third-party translation provider unless we first disclose it and obtain your organization's consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DebriefCore LLC is not liable for decisions made from, or reliance on, AI-generated drafts or any unreviewed output. You remain responsible for the use of any content produced with the tool.
